Hallo, wir waren heute 13.07.26 bei der Safari Tour unser Fahrer alibaba war einfach super lustig und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht mit ihm zu fahren das ganze Team war sehr nett und hat alles auf deutsch und englisch erklärt. Die Boottour nach dem Essen fanden wir ein bisschen zu lang ansonsten war es sehr schön, ich kann diese Tour einfach nur weiter empfehlen. Ebenso wie die Firma AwasunTour. Guests of all ages are welcome. Children aged 0-4 join for free, and children aged 4-12 receive a discounted rate. Our team pays extra attention to families with young children.
Yes, you can. Life jackets are provided, and shallow, safe areas are chosen for guests who cannot swim. Our guides are always nearby to assist.
In case of heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions, tours may be postponed or cancelled. If this happens, we contact you in advance and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat/sunglasses, and a change of clothes. A waterproof bag (for your phone/wallet) is also helpful. More details are available in the "Good to Know" section on our tour pages.
You will be picked up from the hotel you specified during booking, at a time determined by the tour schedule. The exact pickup time is confirmed in your booking confirmation and a reminder message before the tour.
Payment is made in cash or by card (POS) to our staff during hotel pickup on the day of the tour. No online prepayment is required, and no charge is taken at the time of booking.
Our off-road tours (Jeep Safari, Buggy, Quad, ATV) involve bumpy terrain and are not recommended for pregnant guests or those with heart or back conditions. Please contact us before booking to discuss your situation.
